A systemic perspective on leadership development

Management always happens in a context. Our focus on leadership development is broader than the individual manager's agenda or career. We involve the system around the leader in our development processes. Job-related concluding work is integrated into all of our courses. We know that companies invest in leadership development because leadership capacity is of enormous importance for results, corporate culture and the well-being of employees. Good leadership development lifts the organisation as a whole.
